Vehicle Owner Authorization

The confirmation you give when you register a vehicle and fit a tag.
1. What you confirm
When you create an account and add a vehicle, you confirm that:
- you are the vehicle's registered owner; or
- the registered owner has authorised you to register the vehicle with Sayaara Tag and receive messages about it — for example a family member, an employee managing a company vehicle, or a lessee with the lessor's permission.
2. Accurate vehicle details
The plate number, Mulkia details and description you enter must match the vehicle the tag is fixed to. The plate, make, model, colour and year are shown to anyone who scans the tag.
3. When your authority ends
If you sell the vehicle, return a leased or company vehicle, or the owner withdraws permission, remove the tag and delete the vehicle from your account (or deactivate its tag) straight away.
4. Checks and consequences
We may ask for reasonable proof of ownership or authority, such as a copy of the Mulkia. If we have good reason to believe a vehicle is registered without authority — for example after a complaint from the owner — we may deactivate the tag and suspend the vehicle or account.
