Who can hold an account and use the Service.
1. Account holders must be 18 or over
You must be at least 18 to create a Sayaara Tag account, buy a plan or register a vehicle. You confirm this at sign-up, and we ask for your date of birth before your tag is issued.
2. Scanners under 18Requires legal review
Anyone can scan a tag, and scanning does not require an account. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the alert for you. In an emergency, call 9999.
3. If we find an account belongs to a minorRequires legal review
We will close the account, delete its data and refund any prepaid plan.
